JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Two other person were apprehended by the police alongwith liquor and they disclosed name of the petitioner as co-culprit. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S.Case No.468 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Katihar.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61041 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 Hence, prayer is refused.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within three weeks.
