Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018 (Excise Case No. 732 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with liquor and motorcycle in question. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
