Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 342 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,307,379,448,504,506/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Sub-Judge-cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and concocted since the allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the son of the informant with fat on the nose of the son of the informant but the injury report shows injury simple in nature.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9798 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 accused and there is direct allegation against him of assault on the nose of the son of the informant which is traumatic in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
