Patna High Court CWJC No. 7050 of 2019 dt.22-12-2020 2/2 Kundi was objected by the department of Archaeology, as it was site being protected for archaeological purpose, as such, an alternative place for Engineering College was chosen at village Shivsona and same is a land donated for educational purpose upon which Engineering College is being established. From the statement made in counter affidavit, it appears that grievance of petitioner has been redressed, as such, no purpose will be served by keeping this PIL pending and it is accordingly disposed of.
