JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through the virtual Court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2021 and is a person with clean antecedent and is the brother-in-law (bhaisur of the deceased) and the informant alleges that his daughter was married in the year 2018 with Pankaj Manjhi and on 03.05.2021, he came to know that his daughter has been killed by the accused persons, including the petitioner, by setting her ablaze.

No.20741 of 2022(4) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the elder brother-in-law has been implicated when informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence, it is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 246 of 2021.
