Petitioners seek bail in connection with S.T. Excise Case No. 579 of 2018, arising out of Karjain P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a0 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They have no concern with liquor and vehicles in question. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 08.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61122 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Supaul in connection with S.T. Excise Case No. 579 of 2018, arising out of Karjain P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018.
