JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to dispose of the petitions dated 14.5.2012 and 3.1.2013, filed by the petitioner, before the Hon'ble chief Minister, Bihar and replied dated 10.10.2013, by the petitioner to the Letter no. dated 7823 (S) 30.9.2013, issued by Respondent no. 2 in the light of petitions aforesaid.

(B). The Respondents authorities be punished for either in action on representations or for giving protection to undisciplined employees who have made caucus for outsider officers to harass by any means.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19104 of 2014(2) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 ( C). The Respondents further be directed not to take any coercive steps against husband of the petitioner.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous during the interregnum period, hence, the same be disposed off.
