ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 683 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 342, 354(A), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general and omnibus allegations have been leveled against the petitioner only because there was some previous litigation. It is further submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence nor has any one seen the petitioner fleeing away from the place of

Learned counsel for the State submits that save and except, the statement of the informant there is no further cogent material so as to implicate the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 683 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
