I.A. No.8402 of 2014 has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing M.J.C. No.2741 of 2014.
For the reasons mentioned in the interlocutory application, the delay is condoned.

Both the parties were also heard on the point of restoration of M.A.No.586 of 2012.
It is submitted that since the case could not be marked in the daily cause list, no one could appear in this case. As such, M.A.No.586 of 2012 was dismissed for default vide order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.2741 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 24.04.2014.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, M.A.No.586 of 2012 is restored to its original file. M.J.C. No.2741/2014 is allowed.
