The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2015 in connection with Pachrukhi (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for petitioner brought certain medical documents, which goes to show that the deceased was suffering from tuberculosis.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and materials available on the record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40163 of 2016 (3) dt.17-11-2016 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015.
