This is an application for quashing of the order dated 03.04.2015 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biroul at Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 275 of 2013 (G.R. No. 791/2013), whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 452, 354, 354 (B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dian Act.
