The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b) a/26/35 of Arms Act.

It has been submitted that petitioner along with other co-accused were caught by the police and case has been registered by the police alleging that they were making the preparation of committing dacoity. It has further been submitted that co-accused person with similar allegation who has been caught along with this petitioner namely, Gautam Yadav has been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44009 of 2016 dated 04.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1175 of 2017 (2) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) ravi/- U T
