The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 143, 145, 152, 353 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that petitioner is a lady. There is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

As per written report, one person died in road accident. Thereafter 50-60 people obstructed the traffic by coming over the road. It has been alleged against this petitioner that she along with two others were leading the mob. Besides this, there is no specific allegation against this petitioner.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Kaimur at Bhabua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
