Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 (G.R. Case No. 1025 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of total 63 liters of Nepali wine from the bike which was driven by the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 19.07.2018.

Case No. 81 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1025 of 2018).
