Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is father-in-law of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. Moreover, another co-accused i.e. the husband of the deceased has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9054 of 2017 (Annexure-3). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61061 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016.
