Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandi P.s. Case No. 206 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is mother-in-law of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to accident/mistake. On knowing about this fact, the informant filed a informatory petition vide Annexure-3 to the petitioner mentioning there he had filed this case on suspicion only. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1600 of 2018 (Annexure-2). Petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 206 of 2017.
