JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.130/15 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 511, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that five persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner surrounded the informant and his wife at the time of going of the informant to his sasural and started mar pit with them. At that time all caught the hands of Sandhya Devi, wife of informant and on protest the petitioner Bhola Pandey gave knife blow causing injury on her right arm and also abused and snatched the golden ornaments worth Rs.26,000/-.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12812 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 Having considered the nature of offence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and pray for regular bail which will be considered on the same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
