Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 379, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the First Information Report named accused including the petitioner came on the land of the informant and started fencing with bamboos. On protest, the accused persons assaulted the informant and her son with iron rod and also snatched gold chain worth Rs. 36,000/-. It appears from the impugned order that the injury to the son of the informant has been found to be grievous.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38789 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 petitioner that there is no accusation of repeating the blow. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2011, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
