The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

16 litres of country made liquor allegedly was recovered from the possession of petitioner no.1 and 11 litres from petitioner no.2. The petitioners are in custody since 10.09.2016. They have stated, on oath, that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49908 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in Siwan Rail P.S.Case No. 52 of 2016.
