2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karpurigram P.S. Case No.24 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 326, 326-A & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner has attacked the victim with acid causing grievous injury.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial has started. The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
