The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-a) (b)a of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he entered the house of the informant with Katta and threatened him and his family to face dire consequences. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
