2. The present application has been preferred: for quashing of Purcha dated 20.02.2024 issued in the name of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5835 of 2026(2) dt.04-05-2026 2/3 Respondents 2nd set from the Khata No.-60 Khesera No.-336, 343, 345, 432, & 434 situated at village- Khajuri Thana No.-296 P.S.-Sarairanjan Pargana- Sairaisha Distt.- Samastipur.

Further be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus directing to the Distt. Magistrate Samastipur to consider the case of Petitioner and pass appropriate order accordance with Law on merit condoning the delay if any.

For further be pleased to issue any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, Direction/Directions and Command/Commands for which the Petitioners are Legally entitled.

During Pendency of this writ Petition the operation of Purcha dated 20.02.2024 issued by the Respondents concern may kindly be stayed.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though earlier petition was preferred, they intend to prefer fresh petition before the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Samastipur for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if the proper petition is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5835 of 2026(2) dt.04-05-2026 3/3 allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent who shall be noticing/hearing and disposing of the petition if it is filed in next four weeks.
