Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2016 in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered under Sections, 47(A), 47(C), 47(D) and 47(E) of the Excise Act.

According to prosecution case, 5 liters of country-made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4.

Considering the quantity recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the period of detention of this petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Choutarwa P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016.
