2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.656/2020 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 498 (A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner and his family members is to have tortured and assaulted the opposite party no.2 for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and also ousted her from her matrimonial home.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that O.P. No.2 is enjoying company with a person, namely, Nitish Kumar, detail of whom has been given in paragraph no.9 of the bail application. He further submitted that petitioner is still endeavoring to reconcile his strained relationship by availing appropriate remedy.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail. He submitted that it is a private dispute between the husband and the wife which hardly affects the society.
6. Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, the fact that petitioner is still agree to reconcile his strained matrimonial relationship, I am of the opinion that petitioner has, prima facie, made out a case to be released on pre-arrest bail.
7. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned District Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No.656/2020, subject to the
