JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide Annexure-1 to the present application.

A report was called for from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda regarding the stage of Laheri P.S. case No.238 of 2015. It has been reported that the trial is expected to be concluded within a period of two months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The same is rejected.

The Court below is directed to take all necessary steps
