This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 144, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 337, 338, 332, 333, 427, 109, 290 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Submission is that the petitioner is labourer and he was out of station handing over the pairvi of the case to some other person and the petitioner was not informed about his personal requirement in the case, hence, bail bond was cancelled. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 18.09.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 294 of 1996 arising out of Bihea P.S. Case No. 6 of 1996 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court with liberty to the Court below to impose any condition to ensure presence of the petitioner in the case in future.
