The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 25.05.2018 at 2.30 P.M., the informant Sindu Singh was present at her house, in the meantime, seven persons named in the F.I.R. were talking in a Bungla situated in front of her house. At that time, Alok Singh, husband of the informant came at his house with motorcycle then Majit Singh and Deepak Singh came out of the Bangala and got her husband fell down and on the order of Deepak Singh, Manoj Singh caused injury at the neck of her husband by means of Tangi, whereas as Devendra Singh caused injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62345 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 through Dab on the neck of her husband. When informant rushed to save her husband then petitioner along with Neha Singh and Sapna Kumari caught her and pushed her inside the house assaulting her, but informant, anyhow, came out then saw that her husband was dragging by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Devendra Singh, Manoj Singh, Deepak Singh etc. caused injury to the husband of the informant and only allegation has been made against the petitioner and others that at the time of alleged occurrence, petitioner along with Neha Singh and Sapana Kumari caught the informant and pushed her inside the house. The petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 01.07.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S.
