JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim appears to have been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that petitioner took her at Chapra where she was made captive in a room for two days but the petitioner did nothing with her and, thereafter, the petitioner took her in a park and when the victim's father came there, petitioner fled away from there.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S.Case No. 26 of 2016.
