In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under section 498 (A) of the I.P.C and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegedly, the informant was married with Sarbar Ansari nine years ago and due to non fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and 5 katha land in dowry she was tortured and assaulted and ultimately ousted with her minor child from the inlaws house. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. S.D.J.M. Birpur, District- Supaul in Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No.58 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
