This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a), 53(c) and 54 of the Excise Act.
Seven liters of liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 07.07.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 112 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
