1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have taken his file and despite his best endeavour to contact him, he has not been able to contact him nor the petitioners ever contacted him and thus he is not in a position to make any submission on merit.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
