Petitioner along with one Chandan Kumar approached this Court under Cr. Misc. No. 79722/2019 and during consideration thereof, perceiving criminal antecedents of the petitioner, his prayer for bail was rejected observing "at the present moment" while co-accused, Chandan Kumar was released on bail.

Considering the period of custody since 02.09.2019, petitioner, DHARMENDRA KUMAR @ BHIM is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua PS Case No. 503/2019.
