1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 has antecedent of one case, petitioner no.2 has antecedent of two cases, petitioner no.3 has antecedent of one case and petitioner no.4 is a person with clean antecedent
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28348 of 2023(3) dt.18-07-2023 2/3 and the informant alleges that Rajesh Singh @ Mantu and Bablu Singh tried to strangulate his father, but he was saved somehow, thereafter, Rahul Nandan Singh and Praveen Singh assaulted the informant and even opened fire and the empty cartridges were recovered from the place of occurrence by the police.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the same does not inspire confidence. It is further submitted that though there is allegation of firing, but then, no one was injured, which further cast an aspersion on the case of the prosecution.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P. S. Case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28348 of 2023(3) dt.18-07-2023 3/3 No.222 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
