2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of abduction of the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. On perusal of the first information report and impugned order dated 03.02.2024, it appears that the petitioners have kidnapped the daughter of the informant and in her statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the petitioners forcibly kidnapped her, boarded in a motorcycle and took her towards Surhachatti and they forcibly administered intoxicated substance due to which she became unconscious and when she gained her consciousness, she found that she is in Begusarai and lastly petitioners left her at Barauni Junction from where, she went to her house with the help of police accused. The allegation against the petitioners is very heinous in nature, so I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

7. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
