The petitioner, Ram Babu Das, seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.144 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 452, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner along with 2-3 unknown persons are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter-in-law of the informant but on alarm many persons came there but the accused persons fled away taking box containing different articles and cash. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a co-villager of the informant. On account of some land dispute, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61561 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for 21⁄2 months, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.144 of 2018.
