JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 03-03-2016. No doubt, the cause of death of the deceased appears to be asphyxia due to throttling and her dead body was found in a Paeen but it is admitted case of the prosecution that the marriage of the deceased had taken place four years ago and after marriage, she was residing in the house of the petitioner. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and, therefore, considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40229 of 2016 (3) dt.19-11-2016 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur. .
