ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 06.07.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in Bennipatti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2012 (G.R. No. 455 of 2012).

Since the logs of woods are perishable items, the Court below is directed to release the same in favour of the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order on sureties of like amount as also undertaking that he shall deposit the equivalent value of amount if the Court directs him to do so at the relevant stage. The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
