1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the IPC.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a women and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on the ground that she is mother of Sonu. It is next submitted that victim and Sonu were in love and they eloped when the instant false FIR came to be instituted. It is next submitted that the victim has been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she has solemnized her marriage with Sonu, as would manifest from the order impugned.

4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.1415 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
6. The application stands allowed.
