Petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of theft of Honda Motorcycle by some unknown persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 09.06.2016. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Prince Pandey has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26139 of 2016. Case No.71 of 2016.
