The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 1114 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, only a mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and except this nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, which is evident from the seizure list itself. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 25.12.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
