The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got two identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2019 after remand from some other cases.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18966 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
