2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present I.A. has been filed to withdraw the present Regular Bail application. He further submitted that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. He further submits that in the present case trial is at the concluding stage and petitioner does not want to press the present application.

3. In compliance of the order dated 10.04.2026, a report dated 18.04.2026 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received. From perusal of the aforesaid report, it

4. In view of the above submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
