JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 28-08-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the condition of the order dated 19.6.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in B.P. No.583 of 2015 whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs. 30,00,000/- in four equal instalments in four consecutive months failing which his bail bond shall stands cancelled.

After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to file an appropriate modification application before learned Sessions
