The petitioner seeks bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No.207 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was going along with his wife and child for treatment, the petitioner intercepted them. Petitioner assaulted the informant with knife on different parts of his body and also assaulted wife of the informant with knife on her hand.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of injury report as annexed as Annexure 2, it is evident that injuries are superficial and simple in nature for that,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61506 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 the petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2018.

Considering the facts that the petitioners are alleged to have inflicted different injuries on the person of the informant and his wife but only simple injuries are found for that the petitioner has remained in jail for four months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.207 of 2018(G.R. No.3326 of 2018).
