2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Matiyariya P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109 and 309(4) of the BNS, 2023; Section 27 of the Arms Act and the charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 309(6) and 311 of the BNS and Sections 25(1-b), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown persons fired at the informant which hit the informant and thereafter looted motorcycle, Pan Card and Aadhar Card etc. On the statement of the petitioner two country made pistols and seven live cartridges have been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2024.

4. Considering the allegation levelled against the
