Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) (b) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 0-3.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61087 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018.
