2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 322 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to market, three accused persons stopped the motorcycle and started abusing and assaulting him by means of talwar on his head, due to which he sustained head injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus. He has also submitted that the injuries suffered by

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named is directed to furnish bail bond after two months from today of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 322 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii)The petitioner shall be present physically on each and every date till framing of the charge.
