The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners are full brothers. From their house one country-made pistol and cartridges were recovered. The petitioners were found fleeing from the house. Submission is that the house is occupied by other family members also. The recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 11.12.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.588 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
