The petitioners are in custody in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19694 of 2019(3) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 petitioners have two criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 22.01.2019, 31.01.2019 and 02.02.2019. He further submits that from the prosecution story it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against fifteen persons named in the commission of crime. He further submits that there is no overt act against these petitioners and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge, 15th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018.
