The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 461 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 384, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of six years of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that the disputes appears to be of civil nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25435 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 461 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
